This coffee was artfully selected for its delightfully smooth chocolatey characteristics that are rounded out with a sweet and nutty finish. It is milder than other origins but don't let that fool you into thinking this coffee is lacking flavor. It's one of our house favorites!
Another reason we love this coffee is that while the farmer does not yet have official organic certification (a problem many small farms face due to the exorbitant costs associated with it) - they do practice organic farming.
